myHAW
myHAW is HAW Hamburg's application and student portal. HAW Hamburg employees and instructors can also use the portal to enter and update their contact information.
Students

Students can use myHAW to download certificates (enrolment, BAföG, loan entitlement), find information about their fees, view any restrictions on re-registration and change their contact information. For many degree courses it is also possible for students to register for exams or view their transcripts.
You can register using your HAW account (e.g. aza987 + password).
Before logging in for the first time, please change your initial password on the HAW self-service page. You can also use this page to periodically change your password.
University applicants

You can also use myHAW to apply for a study place at HAW Hamburg. If you are not a member of the university, please register as a new applicant. You will receive login information that is valid during the application period. This expires when you begin your studies at HAW Hamburg. Applications are always deleted before the beginning of a new application period. If you do not receive a study place in one semester and want to apply again in the following semester, please register again.
If you are already studying at HAW Hamburg you can apply for a new degree course using your student access to the myHAW portal. In this case please do not register as a new applicant.
