Research and Transfer Advisory Council
The Research and Transfer Advisory Council is an advisory body made up of representatives from the faculties and other units and governing bodies. It supports the Vice President for Research, Knowledge Transfer and International Affairs in his work.
Drawing upon its expertise and the perspectives of the faculties and other units, the Research and Transfer Advisory Council supports the vice president in developing proposals for the Executive Board and other governing bodies at HAW Hamburg. It is also a forum in which the faculties and the other groups/units represented are informed about current issues, debates and decisions that impact the research and transfer area. Where necessary, the council invites additional individuals to discussions on specific topics or establishes working groups.
The staff of the Research and Transfer Department and the Equal Opportunities Office are also invited to the meetings.
