Workshops and events
The HAW Hamburg Graduate Centre offers a wide range of workshops. All doctoral students registered with the Graduate Centre can participate, and attendance is free of charge. If you'd like to attend and haven't registered with us yet, you can do so by sending us a brief email.
We are continuing to offer the majority of our workshops online (noted as online seminars). You will receive a link to the individual event a short time in advance of the start time (usually the last 30 minutes) via the email address you submitted when you signed up.
Registering for workshops
................................................................................................................................................................................................
You can submit your (binding) registration for workshops using the registration form. The workshops and events* offered by the Graduate Centre are intended exclusively for doctoral students at HAW Hamburg who have already signed a supervision agreement with a supervisor at HAW Hamburg and/or are officially enrolled at HAW Hamburg. The exceptions to this rule are the workshops 'Doctoral studies – Are they right for me?' and 'Doctoral studies – Finding a topic and writing the proposal'. These sessions are also open to those potentially interested in pursuing a PhD (e.g. Master's students/graduates from HAW Hamburg and other universities).
Others interested in attending the workshops and events (academic staff at HAW Hamburg, HAW Hamburg PhD graduates, doctoral students at other universities with a connection to HAW Hamburg) can arrange to do so on an individual basis in consultation with the Graduate Centre if places are available (except for the ongoing 'English for PhD students' workshop).
* Unless they are listed as 'open to all'.

HAW Hamburg doctoral students will receive more information via the Graduate Centre newsletter when the programme has been finalised.
