The Student Admissions and Registration Office is the central admissions body and is responsible for all matters and questions related to applications, application status and admissions .

Re-registration

Re-registration and the processing of student fees are the responsibility of the Student Admissions and Registration Office. If you have questions or problems, please contact a staff member there.
If you have completed all of the credit points for your degree course:
In this case you are not permitted to re-register for the next semester, even if your final thesis has not yet been graded. You can apply for your transcript and certificate even if you are no longer enrolled at the university. If you receive a mail requesting that you re-register, this is simply a standard notification which you should ignore.
Student status

All matters related to your student status are processed by the Student Admissions and Registration Office. These include the following:
- Semester on leave / leave of absence
- Study semester abroad
- Part-time studies
- Transitioning between on-campus and internship semesters

Visiting students, auditing students and guest auditors

You can get information about attending courses as a visiting student, auditing student or guest auditor from the Student Admissions and Registration Office (the central admissions body).
Process
Please submit your completed application and the required documents to the Faculty Service Office before the deadline listed on the application form. The application will be forwarded to the instructor to check whether there is room in the course. The Dean's Office will then decide whether or not you can be admitted. We will send you a copy of your approved/denied application via regular mail.
The Student Admissions and Registration Office will issue the certificate of admission.

Please note: Admission to courses offered for the first subject semester is not possible.
